Learn how to use a variety of cotton ribbon in different styles and colors and master the techniques for making textile jewelry to create earrings, rings and necklaces. A simple ribbon folding, rolling, layering and a few stitches or glue, will allow you to create some unique and distinctive pieces to wear or give as a gift. All the tools, ribbon and materials will be provided in the class and you will leave with a complete set of textile jewelry to take at home with you and with the skills to make many more!

About the instructor:

Maria Picci / Jewelry and accessories designer from Buenos Aires- Argentina.

Since 2008, the brand is the result of Maria’s approach to accessories design, focused on the use of non-traditional materials to develop a world of fantastic handcrafted pieces where shape, color and texture are the key elements. Maria uses ribbons which are subjected to different processes of folding, rolling and overlap to achieve a wide variety of shapes and textures.
